The leader of the firm is a man dedicated with all his heart to law. He is a criminal lawyer graduated from the Universidad Panamericana CDMX, and studied a postgraduate degree in Constitutional Law at the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara.
Throughout his many years of professional career, he has held management positions in the Mexican Bar Association. He has written specialized articles about criminal matters and participated in several legislative reform projects.
UNTIL TODAY, HE HAS NOT LOST ANY CRIMINAL DEFENSE
The professorship has also been part of his career: Marco del Toro has taught law courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels for the education of lawyers, judges, and prosecution authorities. He has also been a speaker in several criminal law lectures abroad.
